This website is owned and operated by IGas Energy PLC and aims to provide advice and information for those who wish to apply for funding from the IGas Energy Community Fund. Access is provided subject to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Your use of this site constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which take effect on the date of your first use of the site.

2. The IGas Energy Community Fund reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes on-line. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of this agreement as modified by the posted changes.

3. The IGas Energy Community Fund has taken all due care to ensure the accuracy of the contents of this website, but cannot accept responsibility for any inaccuracies, omissions, or errors it may contain. No warranty is given or representation made that this website will be compatible with all operation systems, browsers or computer hardware or software.

4. You may download onto your computer, store and use information contained in pages from this web site for your own personal use and research or that of your organisation, provided that the integrity of the material is maintained, we are acknowledged as its source and our website URL is given. Also, if you provide it to other people in your organisation, you should make sure that those people are aware that these terms apply to them and their use of the material.

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these Terms and Conditions are intended to be effective, then to the extent to and within the jurisdiction in which that Term and Condition is illegal, invalid and unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from this clause and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive, remain in full force and continue to be binding and enforceable.

13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising here from shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, the use of this site must be terminated immediately.
